My previous review was left with good remarks for George, and poor remarks for the dealership, based on my poor experience with Kenny within the finance department. To clarify, George’s services were far more superior than a five star rating. The process was seamless, and I experienced no issues within the sales portion of my deal. George is phenomenal at what he does, and I highly recommend him for your new or used car purchasing needs.

The overall experience was good. They should have not let me leave the dealership, with a vehicle that still had issues with it. Do not be so eager for a sale, but make sure the vehicle is free of defects. Particularly, the rear window had obvious scratches....not wax on it. That was plain to see.

Everything was great, except the end signing the documents. The finance gentleman kept asking if I wanted to purchase their gap coverage. 3 times, I said no, four...five...still no. "I know *24* dollars per month is a lot for some people" um... excuse me? "I hope you don't get in to an accident". Why would you put that in to the world like that? Anyways, everything else was great. Thank you!

I discovered truck was in a front end collision thus voiding my 3 year or 36000 mile warranty on everything under my hood. Front head light shorted out due to water in lense. The seams on hood are not close to being right. If I had been told that I would have never bought the vehicle. Also the interior has at least hundred scratches on all of the black plastic. (Dog or cat locked in there for extended amount of time). Apparently dealer put product on scratches to hide them temporarily. I could go on but will not change anything.
Though the car I had come to see wasn’t available, Eric and Jody helped me find a good alternative and also get the pricing down to a number I was comfortable with.

Great service by Mr. Mazzant, He went extra to provide me with information I asked about the GLC AMG 43. The dealership should get credit for providing CARFAX upfront. The process for financing was a challenge with the network down. I wasn't pleased with the push on the surface treatment products but George created a win-win at the end. Overall it was great experience for me at Mcdonough Nissan from the welcoming greeting at arrival to driving-off with the AMG I have been searching for weeks.
